Актриса Эмма Уотсон — новый член совета директоров Kering, заняла пост председателя комитета совета директоров по устойчивому развитию компании.

Решение утвердить кандидатуру 30-летней актрисы вместе с бывшим генеральным директором Credit Suisse Group Тиджаном Тиамом и Жаном Лю, президентом Didi Chuxing, было принято акционерами AGM группы.

Она является одним из самых популярных актеров в мире и самых известных активистов”, — заявила Керинг, которой принадлежат бренды Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent и Bottega Veneta.

57-летний Тиам подал в отставку со своего поста в Credit Suisse в феврале после скандала с внутренним шпионажем бывших руководителей банка, о котором, по его словам, он ничего не знал.

Kering is proud to announce that Emma Watson is joining its Board of Directors, alongside Jean Liu and Tidjane Thiam. Their appointments have been approved by Kering’s shareholders during the Group’s Annual General Meeting, as proposed by the Board of Directors in March 2020. Emma Watson has also been appointed Chair of the Sustainability Committee of the Board of Directors. The combined wealth of experience and skillsets of these three well-known figures will be complementary assets to the Group, enhancing the quality of the work done by the Board of Directors.
